For single-location restaurants

Know what to make tomorrow, and what it costs.

Damia Labs builds the back office for one kitchen: tomorrow's production plan drafted from your Toast sales, the daily stock sheet, and the recipe cost of everything you make. Toast stays your source of sales. Your accountant's books stay theirs. Nothing gets typed twice.

What changes on Monday

Three things, in the order your day meets them.

  1. 01

Tomorrow's plan comes from your sales.

Four weeks of Toast sales by item, set against your PARs, drafted into tomorrow's bake. You read it, change what the day needs, and approve it.

  2. 02

The stock sheet is counted once, every morning.

Open, received, sold, donated, close. The variance is a count against the sheet, not a guess, and the calendar of events and closures sits beside it.

  3. 03

Every item has a cost, or an honest blank.

Recipe cost uses the price in force on the day. A recipe missing one price has no cost, not a lower one, so the food-cost report says what it knows.

How it starts

Three steps. Your kitchen keeps running while we build.

  1. 01

    A working session.

Thirty minutes with you, and with whoever keeps the books. We leave with your items, your recipes, your PARs and your calendar.

  2. 02

    Your week, in the software.

We build tomorrow's plan and the stock sheet from your Toast export. You run one week beside the old notebook or spreadsheet.

  3. 03

    Your systems stay.

Toast stays your source of sales. Your accountant keeps their system. We prepare the food-cost report and the entries they ask for, in their format.

Bring the week you have.

A working session is thirty minutes; write to us and we will set one up. Bring last week's plan, however you keep it; we will show you the same week in the software.
