What this site collects through its form and its analytics, who handles it, and how to have it removed.
When you send the form, we receive your name, work email, company name and phone number, the page you sent it from, and your browser and device details, which come with every web request.
We use them to reply to you about Damia Labs, by email or by phone, and for nothing else.
The site uses PostHog to see which pages are read and how. It records the pages viewed, the site or campaign link that brought you here, the links and buttons clicked, how far each page was scrolled, your browser and device, and your IP address, from which it works out an approximate location.
If session recording is switched on, PostHog also records how a page was scrolled and clicked. Anything typed into the form is masked, and what the form sends is never recorded.
PostHog sets a cookie, with a matching entry in your browser's storage, that holds a random ID for up to a year so that repeat visits can be counted. Clearing your cookies removes it.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the analytics are not loaded at all: no cookie is set and nothing is sent.
The site runs on Vercel, which, like any web host, receives each visit's IP address and browser details in its request logs. Leads are stored in a Supabase database and emailed to us through Resend. Analytics go to PostHog. Each of them processes the data for us under its own terms. If you book a working session, Calendly handles the booking under its own privacy notice.
We do not sell what you send us, and we do not share it with anyone else.
We keep a lead, and the email copy of it, while we are talking about working together, and delete both when you ask. Write to kyle@damialabs.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will confirm when it is done.
